Suburban Dad Can’t Wait To Get Home From Work And Post Horrible Things On Reddit
Working from 9 to 5 every day is making it difficult for Mr. Benjamin to keep his horrible thread on the social news website active
ROSSMOOR, Calif. (The Global Edition) – Walter Benjamin, 48, a senior accountant from the Orange County city of Rossmoor, sat with several representatives from local media on his short lunch break today and explained that he “can’t wait to go home and post horrible things on Reddit,” the Rossmoor Daily reports.
Mr. Benjamin, who goes by the username “DirtBagSteve” on Reddit, told journalists that working from 9 to 5 every day is making it difficult for him to keep his horrible thread on the social news website active.
“Every day when I come here it’s work, work, work, than I have a short lunch break, and it’s back to work, work, work,” Mr. Benjamin explained. “I don’t have a second to myself, I can’t even skim over my thread to see what people are commenting on there. Don’t even get me started about posting something. Everybody is constantly around me, people walk in and out of my office like it’s the damn bathroom. I never have enough time to upload a damn picture,” the suburban dad added.
The father of three elementary school children explained that the duration of his workday is typically spent brainstorming about what kind of filthy content he should disgust his followers with on Reddit next, but says he still somehow manages to be good at his job.
“Today I was thinking that maybe I should add some dead kitty photos, but I’m also tempted to post some pictures of disfigured kids or maybe even some classics like rotting hooker mugshots. Aghh, I’ll figure it out eventually, when I get home. Nobody bothers me there, I have more time to think about it,” added the suburban dad.
