New Yahoo CEO: I Found My New Job Using Google
SUNNYVALE (The Global Edition) – Marissa Mayer, the new Yahoo CEO, says she found her new dream job by just typing a phrase “find a job” into the Google search engine.
“Right after Yahoo HR called me and arranged an interview with me, i realized just how powerful Google is. It is highly questionable if I would be able to find a better job than the one I already had if there wasn’t for Google”, said Yahoo CEO.
Mrs Mayer continued to express her astonishment with Google as a useful tool for finding any useful information a person would ever need.
“Since I will be having my baby in three months, I became a true information junkie, I wanted to know everything about everything a new mom need to know and Google proved to be an irreplaceable companion in my search for knowledge”, continued Mrs Mayer. “I even found the cutest ever cradle on a website that advertised itself on Google.”
Raising an infant and feeding the baby are no new topics for Mrs Mayer due to extensive research she did on Google.
“Who knows what I will find next on Google. This is such fun”, exclaimed future mom and CEO.
The Yahoo board expressed their enthusiasm about hiring their new CEO and further reinforced their strategy of advertising new jobs on Google AdWords.
